"Success comes from knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming."

— John Wooden

My coaching foundation is built on the belief that championship culture is not built through talent alone — it is built through consistency, structure, and a relentless standard applied to every player at every level. Programs that win deep into the postseason year after year are programs with a system, not just athletes.

At Godley, my first priority would be the young men already in that gym. They made the playoffs. They have something to build on. My job is to install a culture and system that takes that foundation to the next level — and keeps it there.
